The HOA ranges between $165-$205 a month, depending on the size of your yard! Solivita is a care-free community. You go out and have fun, and let the HOA take care of your yard for you. Floral Lawn handles everything that’s green on the outside!

- Fertilization
- Trimming of all your trees & shrubs
- Weeding
- Mulching
- The water for your irrigation system!

What is the Solivita Club Fee?
The Club fee is $195 a month. This is for each household to have access & have use of all the amenities! The 250+ Clubs, All Fitness Classes, All Dance Classes, 14 Heated Pools, 2 Gyms, Heated Spas/Hot Tubs, 17 Pickleball Courts, 9 Tennis Courts, and all of the Bocce Ball, Shuffleboard, Horse-shoe, Cornhole, Basketball, Softball – everything!
So, what are my Total Monthly Fees?
The total monthly fees for living in Solivita is your HOA + Club Fee combined.
Together, they average about $385/month.
And remember, this is depending on the size of your yard! Obviously, smaller yards won’t pay the same as a ¼ acre yard. The HOA & Club Fees truly pay for themselves with everything they include for homeowners! Solivita is a care-free lifestyle, with resort-style amenities – making sure you get to spend your time having fun!
How many dogs am I allowed to have?
Solivita allows up to 3 dogs. Solivita is VERY pet friendly! There are 2 dog parks, and each have little obstacle courses and dog washing stations. There’s even a club for how much Solivita members love their pets! “PALS” = “Pets Are Loved at Solivita”!
Does Solivita allow fencing?
Yes! Solivita is one of the few 55+ communities that allow fencing. You are allowed to have the 4’ black aluminum fence or black rod iron fence – Making it easy to let your dog out!
Are grandkids allowed to use the pools in Solivita?
Absolutely! Solivita is a grandchild friendly community! Solivita has playgrounds & pools that the grandchildren can enjoy. Solivita also hosts many events & festivals throughout the year that have special activities specifically for the grandchildren.
How far is Solivita from Disney?
Solivita is just a short 30 minutes from Disney! There are several Disney clubs that all fans can be a part of! Whether you decide to become a cast member, or just enjoy to go to the parks – there’s plenty of Disney fun for you to have!
